1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AVIATOR AS ("Company", "we", "us"), concerning your use of the aviator-as.xyz website and the "Aviator AS" mobile application (the "Service").

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE "Aviator AS" is a collection of offline casual puzzle and reflex mini-games designed for cognitive training and entertainment. The Service is a 100% free-to-play offline application.

4. PRIVACY AND LOCAL DATA

• No Registration: The App does not require an account or internet connection to function.
• Local Storage: All game progress, level unlocks, and high scores are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers. Uninstalling the app will result in the permanent loss of your progress.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All software code, user interfaces, and graphics within the App are the property of AVIATOR AS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, AVIATOR AS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
